Cilantro - Coriander - Chinese Parsley - Yuen Sai
This popular, easy to grow herb produces parsley-like leaves that are spicier than regular parsley and used to flavor fowl, meats and spicy dishes. The aromatic and flavorful seeds are used in potpourris and to flavor pastry, beans, stew, stuffing, sausage and fish.
Protect from wind. Cut leaves sparingly when 4 to 6 inches high. Gather seeds as they ripen; they may be used whole or crushed.
