Dill - Bouquet
An easy to grow and attractive annual whose pleasingly aromatic young stems are used for flavoring soups and sauces and the seeds as well as the herbage are essential in dill pickles. Grows 3-4 feet tall.
Separate seeds from heads by shaking loose in paper bag. Cut and use leaves either fresh or dried.
Planting time - Early spring or indoors 4-6 weeks earlier.
