Lettuce - Buttercrunch
A butterhead type of Bibb Lettuce, this variety is heat resistant and slow bolting. A loose headed lettuce of highest quality, similar to Bibb but a larger plant. The leaves are delicious and delicately flavored with a soft, buttery texture.
As heads develop, cut every other one to allow other to develop. For continuous supply, plant every few weeks throughout the season.
