Zinnia - California Giant Mixed Colors
The Zinnia is one of the most popular flowers today. The California Giant mixture with its bold masses of bright colored is unexcelled for cutting. The tall plants also make ideal tall beds or background plantings. Blossoms are about 4 to 5 inches across and are borne on long stems.
Zinnias thrive during hot weather in well fertilized soil, with moderate water. One of the easiest kinds to grow from seed and a single row will provide plenty of blooms for cutting. Satisfactory results are obtained by sowing as late as July.
